3. How to Submit a Counter-Notification
If you believe we removed your content by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification. Include:

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was an error or misidentification.
- Your full name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your area (or any applicable court if outside the U.S.).
- A statement that you accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

4. Our Process and Responsibilities
When we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Quickly remove or disable access to the alleged infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the content.
- Allow content restoration if we receive a valid counter-notification, unless the original complainant files legal action.
We also reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights.
